Viewing Protocol Status

  1. On the home view, select the Go Result button. On the left pane, Live Results is automatically selected.

  2. In the upper-right corner, select the Protocol connection button . The Protocol Status dialog box appears.

  3. The tabs in the dialog box show the following information:

    Tab

    Description

    Open Protocol

    Shows the status of the open protocol connection: OK / NOK

    Server Connections

    Shows the status of the connections to ToolsTalk and ToolsNet servers: OK / NOK

    To change the configuration setting Enabled / Disabled, go to Settings > Server Connections and select the server to configure.

    Launcher Status

    Shows the launcher status of the different system adapters: OK / NOK

  4. Select Close.
