Export all

To export the backup, the application logs, the STbench logs and dumps at once:

  1. Insert the USB storage device into the USB port of the device.

  2. In the Home page, tap Configuration > Maintenance > Export all.

    If the USB storage device is not connected to the USB port of the device, the message External device not found is displayed.

    Insert the USB storage device into the USB port of the device and continue the procedure.

  3. The files are exported on the USB storage device in a .zip file. Tap OK.

  4. Remove the USB storage device from the USB port of the device.

  5. Insert the USB storage device into the USB port of the PC.
