The restriction measures the difference between the Controlling angle (AC) and the Monitoring angle (AM).
If this difference exceeds the configured limit RA+, the tool stops immediately and the program jumps to the next synchronization point or to the end of the program.
The restriction continuously calculates the total angle from the start point for both the controlling angle (AC) and the monitoring (AM) transducers, and computes the difference:
A δ = (AC − AC0) − (AM − AM0), where AC0 and AM are the start-point readings on the respective transducers.
If the absolute value of this difference exceeds the limit RA+ at any point during the step, the monitor reports NOK. If the triggers Tt and At are not reached during the monitor, the monitor reports NOK without any measurement values.
The monitor is not active during any brake after the step.
