Controller User Interface Constantly Restarts After Upgrade
Problem description: In ToolsControl Portal, go to Controllers and select a controller to see its user interface. If the user interface restarts without user interaction, you might need to restore the latest automatically created snapshot.
When the problem occurs, the user interface seems to start as normal: a progress bar appears, but then the screen flashes and the controller restarts.
Resolution: restore the latest automatically created snapshot for the controller:
Log in to ToolsControl Portal.
Select Controllers.
Select the controller that displays the problem.
Select the Settings tab.
Under Snapshots, for the latest created snapshot, select and then Restore.
The Restore snapshot view appears.
Select Restore.
The latest created snapshot is restored and the problem should be resolved.
