Changing the spindle
WARNINGMake sure that the air supply is not connected.
CAUTIONWear gloves to avoid personal injury because of sharp cutting edges. Only experienced maintenance personnel can assemble or disassemble the product.
Required tools

Vise

Open-end spanners

Allen key

Fasten the drill in a vise with rubber pads, with the air logic unit downward and the motor valve to the right. Remove the front part and the drill bit using open-end spanners.

Remove the spindle guard using an open-end spanner.

Remove the depth ring from the spindle using two open-end spanners.

Turn the spindle clockwise to remove it using an open-end spanner.

If applicable, remove the starting position ring using an Allen key.

Do steps 2 to 7 in the section “Installing the drill”.
