Admin account recovery

From the main login page, user can start the default admin account recovery procedure if credentials for all admin profiles are lost.

The recovery procedure will:

• Reset the default admin password to its default value.

• Enable the default admin profile if it is disabled.

If the recovery data in 'Editing a User' is correctly set, attempting to log in with the default admin profile using an incorrect password will display a popup to start the recovery procedure.

• Tap “OK” to start recovery procedure.

• Tap 'Cancel' to return to the login page.

To start the recovery procedure, user must correctly answer all recovery questions.

For each message box:

• Answer the recovery question.

• Tap 'Next' to go to the next recovery question.

• Tap 'Cancel' to stop the recovery procedure and return to the login page.

• Tap 'Next' to start the recovery procedure.

• Tap 'Cancel' to stop the recovery procedure and return to the login page.
