For professional use only.
This product and its accessories must not be modified in any way.
Do not use this product if it has been damaged.
If the product data or hazard warning signs on the product cease to be legible or become detached, replace without delay.
The product must only be installed, operated and serviced by qualified personnel in an industrial environment.
Intended use
This product is intended for use on or in close proximity to energized electrical apparatus or conductors operating at maximum voltage of 1000 V.
Safety Signal Words
The safety signal words Danger, Warning, Caution, and Notice have the following meanings:
DANGER | DANGER indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in death or serious injury. |
WARNING | WARNING indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury. |
CAUTION | CAUTION, used with the safety alert symbol, indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in minor or moderate injury. |
NOTICE | NOTICE is used to address practices not related to personal injury. |

Installation
General Installation Safety
Installing the EV Cover
When the insulated cover is installed, the shock indicator is not visible.
Attach the two halves of the LED ring protection to the two halves of the EV cover as follows:
Attach the half of the LED ring protection that has a beveled positioning pin with the positioning pin facing the front of the EV cover.
Attach the half of the LED ring protection that has a square positioning pin with the positioning pin facing the back of the EV cover.
Attach the two halves of the EV cover to the STRwrench by inserting the eject pin into its spot.
Gently press and remove the button cover on the insulated frame for the STRwrench display. Then, place the button cover on the STRwrench button, and attach the insulated frame to the STRwrench display.
Insert the rubber profile on the insulated display frame.
Insert the four rubber rings on the EV cover.
Attach the label with the following information: tool capacity, controller serial number, smartHEAD S/N.

Removing the EV cover
Do not remove the EV cover from the tool until you must remove it for tool servicing.
Remove the four rubber rings from the EV cover.
Remove the rubber profile from the insulated display frame.
Remove the insulated frame and the insulated button cover from the display.
Separate and remove the two halves of the EV cover and the eject pin from the STRwrench.

Operation

Inspection Before Use
Visually inspect this product every time before use.
If there is any doubt concerning the safety of this product, a suitably trained person must examine it and retest it, if necessary.
Temperature
Use this product in an industrial environment with a regulated temperature.
Do not use this product in temperatures above 40°C or in high atmospheric humidity.
Service and Maintenance
General Service and Maintenance Safety
Storage
Store this product properly so as to minimize the risk of damage to the insulation due to storage or transportation.
Store this product separated from other tools to avoid mechanical damage or confusion.
Protect this product from excessive heat as well as from UV radiation.
Periodic Examination
A suitably trained person should perform an annual visual examination of this product to determine its suitability for further service.
