Restore

  1. On the left side of the Toolbar, tap the Menu icon () > Configuration > Maintenance > Restore.

  2. In the Select file for restore dialog box, open the drop down list and select the file to restore. Then tap Next.

    The Restore file must be saved in the SDcard\Download folder on the device.

  3. In the Confirmation required dialog box, tap OK.

    At the end of the restore of the database, the application closes.

  4. Start the application. The Restore dialog box opens.

  5. When the restore is completed, in the Restore dialog box, tap OK.

    At the end of the restore of the database, the application closes.

  6. Start the application to use the restored database.

It is recommended to run the restore with the battery level of the STpalm greater than 50% or to connect the device to the power supply.

It is not possible to restore a the backup of a database version 04.00 on previous versions of the application.

It is not possible to restore the STpalm backup on the STpad and vice versa.
