Installation Instructions
This chapter provides installation instructions of the Fixtured Tightening Module.
Please read all the below safety messages before installation.

Moving Parts Hazard
There is a risk of tool cables jamming during installation. This may lead to severe injuries and property damages.
Shut off the air supply, drain the hose of air pressure, and disconnect the tool from the compressed air line before installing the product.
Keep hands and fingers away from moving parts.

Trip and Entanglement Hazard
There is a risk of falling and tripping while using trailing cables during installation. This may lead to minor injuries.
Prevent trailing cables by plugging in equipment as close to where it needs to be as possible. For stationary equipment, if trailing cables are unavoidable, use cable ties and cover strips.
Refer the installation to qualified personnel only.
Hang the tool securely using a balancer. When using a suspension yoke, check that it is in good condition and correctly fastened.

Falling Down Parts Hazard
Incomplete or incorrectly installed systems can lead to loosening and dropping of the tool. It may lead to serious injuries.
The screw connections must always be tightened according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Only the screws recommended by the manufacturer should be used.
Damaged screws must never be used.

Electric Shock
Use the Atlas Copco original power supply cable. Using an incorrect power supply cable can result in bodily injuries to yourself or others.
Always use an Atlas Copco original power supply cable, if it needs to be replaced.
Always use original parts and accessories approved by Atlas Copco.
Damage to insulations of cables or electrical components may pose life-threatening risks.
When carrying out maintenance on the joining tool, always disconnect it from the power supply.
Damaged cables must be replaced immediately, as they increase the risk of electric shock.
Turn off mains power supply before adjusting or servicing.
