Installation instructions

WARNING

Only qualified and trained operators should install, adjust or use this equipment.

Install the FlexSystem in the following order:

  1. Install the first FlexCarrier.

  2. Install daisy chained FlexCarriers.

  3. Install the FlexController.

  4. Install the FlexDrives and FlexBlank modules.

  5. Tighten the modules to the FlexCarrier.

  6. Connect the tools.

  7. Mount the FlexFan module (optional).

  8. Route and install power and control cables to FlexCarrier.

  9. Turn on the FlexSystem.

  10. Test the e-stop function.

  11. Configure the system.
